i knock her out and she's just gone foor good afterward with no side effect behind it so far

The guards are alerted during my time, I killed everyone including the cook, the alerted sign or status never took off, but no one is attacking me and I never saw Ofka, only here after I google. So I guess she is the one causing that. I am so glad that I let her live unknowingly.

if you approach cook/hired hand/lady ofka without being noticed by them nor by the guards, you can actually talk to them and tell them to stay shut up well coercing them does lower your reputation...
idk maybe has consequences with either rosa or sir kunzlin later..
as for the 2 guards inside the tower, i poured lullaby potion into the wine barrel, go near the stairs to trigger the conversation then go outside a bit when you go back in just keep sneaking to the stairs they went into another room near the stair.
