Sudden massive lags

I had this problem in KCD 1, and getting the same problem in this game too. Not sure what is the problem, I play the game, running over 100fps and then suddenly it gets stuck like for 15 seconds. Tried runnning lower details, still the same problem. Not having this problem in other games.

Processor Intel Core i5-13450HX 16 threads - 4.6 GHz
Graphics Card:
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU
8 GB VRAM
Memory:
16 GB RAM

Set your virtual memory to minimum of 16 GB (24 GB+ if you can)

So after like 80h of play I got a frame stutter every 3 sec.

"might have found a solution on another thread and it seems to be working for me: I reset my skills, restarted the game, and redid my points BUT left out the „LOCAL HERO“ skill. I have been running around now for some time and no stutters. hope it works for you guys too "
