Look Reshade is good and all but it don't make the "Graphics" better.
Reshade is a post processing filter, that's layered on top of the image it is shown.
You can make a game look sharper and have more clarity and even add more vibrancy (aka vibrance)
But it don't make the "graphics" better.
Saying or even stating that is giving out misinformation.
