You can actually be to tired to sleep. It is weird how that works. I could not fall asleep for several more hours after already being awake for 80 hours (world record breaking attempt for watching movies non stop).
If you later need to adjust time, skip time with T key
i needed to sleep for the mission "the Jaunt" to progress to the next day. because even though i was at 0 energy and henry was blinking and talking about it he didn't want to sleep.
i think im gonna stick to 6 hour sleeps, and not try to 100 my sleep meter.
If not, try drinking alot.
