I'm in early game, taking my time and not trying to be a game breaking loot gobllin. But every time a naked drunkard or robbed out merchant shows up, they ask for 100 quid and Henry can only fork over that money or be rude and insult them...

It feels like an oversight that there is no option to either give them less, or decline in a friendly way.
