Seven League Boots perk bugged?

I wear leather boots that I repair myself with cobbler's kit and this perk is missing from the list of buffs under the Player tab.

Bug?

Look under the boots themselves not the player tab, they will have a Bootstrapped buff on them if it's working.

Ok I'll check that. I think they have the up arrow similar to a Razor Sharp weapon.

Curious if the perk still works for full leg plates that take up the boots slot

Up arrow icon on boots disappeared for me as well, testing showed the buff still works. Likely a miner bug. It does not appear to work for the full leg plate which i believe is intended.
