she basically tells you if you interogate her. She is like "Should I wait until he is going to burn down the cats?".
Like she is saying she did not wait until he makes his first move, so she made hers.

I wish the quest was better fleshed out though. I wish u could free the cats from the barn or even take them with you. Or when you try burning it down she attacks you or something like that.


But so it was just some weird interaction and a house with an endless meeooow sound playing.

The cats in the barn are free, there are plenty of cat-sized spaces for them to go in and out. I think they choose to stay there because the lady feeds them.

I'm not sure why some people are under the impression those cats are either trapped or wouldn't voluntarily stay there.

Also, if animal haters don't want bad things happening to them, they shouldn't mistreat animals. That guy beat his dog too.
