Problem with Pebbles Returning "Home" while in Trotsky Region

I have Pebbles and have the perk upgrade. I owned two horses before I found her, well "where you find her" to avoid spoilers. I took her to the second region and have now come back to Trotsky to do some of the side quests there. Now every time I dismount or even just call for her after walking out of an inn she come to me but immediately finds the nearest road and starts walking back "home" or "where I found her".

I have followed her back there 4 times now just to verify. Problem persists through a reload and complete cycle of the game. Curious if anyone else has this issue and if there is a fix. It make it very difficult to get in the saddle when she is always moving the moment I call for her.

So a few more pieces of information here

- Confirmed with three people that his only started happening AFTER obtaining Good Old Pebbles. One of them had never left Trostky.
- Confirmed that I can set the ownership flag correctly with wh_horse_stealcurrenthorse while in the saddle on command console and she does not walk away after the initial dismount. However after riding a second time and then dismounting the ownership flag is cleared and she begins to behave again as if she were unowned and starts her voyage back to that stable.

I fixed it. Here is a summary

Pebbles returning to Semine Problem

Problem: After acquiring the Good Ole' Pebbles perk Pebbles will immediately start walking away and back towards Semine stables

Fix Action: You essentially have to "rebuy" Pebbles. Trade Pebbles for a different horse at a different stable. Wait a few days, return to Semine, rebuy Pebbles.

Root Cause: I cannot confirm it but it seems acquisition of the Good Ole Pebbles perk incorrectly sets an ownership flag for Pebbles in the data which governs her behavior. The only logical way to correct it was to "reacquire" her. Setting the owership flag with wh_horse_stealcurrenthorse did not work.

What if you are in the second map already?

Go back to the first map. I was in the second map. Came back, had the problem. I bounced between both regions a few times to verify.

Ok but what if Semine Stable are gone because of the main story?

I wonder if the horse blackmarket would work, but I never had to try because Hering is okay even after getting his perk.

When i travel from Trosky region to Kuttenberg, Pebbles normal behaviour returned.

Not tried returning to Trosky region again though to see what happens.

lol, I returned to Trosky to do some pillaging and rampaging, I thought Pebbles disappointed of my action and walks away in disgust every time I called him. Knowing that this is a bug, now I'm disappointed :(
