Dead people coming back to life?

Found my first bug? I murdered a drunk with a slight neck snap ;), chucked his body in the woods and took his loot. Two days later he's alive again and sleeping in his house

revenants do seem to be part of the game. you can humanely destroy key characters and they will rise again!

You don't murder anyone with a neck snap. That was a stealth knock-out. Stealth kill only works if you have a dagger equipped, and it's a stab not a neck snap.

Medieval times were great, you could snap peoples necks and they'd be fully healed up in just a few days! Unlike modern times

I killed the wandering drunk who wanted me to celebrate his new sons birthday with some brandy. When I told him I didn't drink with strangers, he attacked me. Fisticuffs ensued and when I found myself being beaten I pulled my sword. He's in a bush now, naked with all of his belongings gone. I hope he doesn't come back!
