Can I upgrade Radzig Kobyla's longsword to the highest quality value, which is 4? (CZ) Mohu překovat meč racka kobyli na nejlepší hodnotu kvality tedy 4?

zatím se mi povedlo vykovat pouze 3. kvalitu, 4. ještě ne a to mám i ten perk na 4. kvalitu

Im not sure if its intentional or a bug but before you finish the main quest line, you cant make a tier 4 radzig kobyla's longsword, not matter what you do it doesnt go higher than tier 3. After you finish the main quest line you can make it a tier 4. Just did it a few mins ago.

When you finish the main quest line you get Henry's sword reforged schematics, but it can't be upgraded past rank 2 at the moment. I heard this is a bug and it's being fixed soon. (Same for Radzig's sword except rank 3 instead of 2.)

I was able to reforge it to level 4 shortly after getting the sword.

so apparently I ????'d up by reforging it before getting the quality 4 perk....

From what I'm reading here and on Reddit, it's not possible (until the end of the game). Whether this is a design decision or a bug is unknown.
