Can't talk to Zizka like quest directs you to. No dialogue prompt.

Found a fix other than reloading earlier save. You have to hold E on the front door to the mansion and it reloads the area 'preparing' the quest.

Yep, also worked for me. I had tailgated Katherine into the palace so it didn't load correctly
