Yeah, I'm stuck too. Tried dev commands and skip past wall, but nothing triggers for the quest still. Nothing else left to do but this one too

Yeah I gave up. I don't think they are gonna fix this. Wasted 80h
Since this cant be a "guaranteed" bug...more details please? Screenshot for example would be helpful.

I reported the bug already to WH. It seems that the Tourist Mod from WH is the culprit. After many complaints in the comments about this bug (progression is completely hardlocked) they added a „WARNING: This can break the mainquest“ I guess this warning is the „fix“
Can you give some detail how and where excatly to trigger that warning as I never saw it

In the Quest „French Leave“-something, you have to go through a tunnel to Maleshov in order to rescue Hans. To break into Maleshov, Henry has to destroy a wall at the end of the tunnel. This wall is already destroyed and fixed, as the Mod opens every place. Maleshov is in a state where this quest is already done, so its impossible to trigger the cutscene for the quest.

After some people complained in the comments that their save is hardlocked due to this bug, Warhorse added a warning text to the mod „WARNING this can break the mainquest“. But this happened only a few days later, for everyone who downloaded this mod and has not completed this specific quest, their save is hardlocked for ever. The only solution is to load a save BEFORE this mod was active. But then there are people like me, who started a new playthrough with 1.2, saw this mod as it was released together with 1.2, and then thought „hey why not try it out, I sure can deactivate it at any time just like every other mod. 80hrs later, every sidequest done, I decided to progress mainquest, unaware that my save was fkd from begin. I wonder how many other people are affected

Add on top the 5-10hrs before I came to this very point now, I researched an unbelievable amount of topics on twitter reddit fb insta steam to come to this conclusion, I tried like 50 different ingame commands, was trying to mess with editing ingame files and mods, it helped that I already created mods for kcd2, tried the new modding tools, but technically it would need a save game editor since those are „trigger flags“ you would have to edit, and those trigger flags are almost always saved in the savegame files. Warhorse could fix it ofc, but I guess there are not enough people affected for it to be important enough

And here is a screenshot if you wonder how it looks ingame. Normally, Henry would destroy the now repaired wall.

This is funny. You use a mod that breaks the game and you report to Warhose exactly what? What do you want from them? It is impossible to proof massive open world game so a random mod, that might not exists at this moment, does not break it at some point in the future.

Yes normally I would blame myself for it, since modding games is not risk free, but it's a bit special in this case, since this specific Mod was released from Warhorse ...

I mean, out of all the +100 mods I tried, the only Mod who hardlocked and corrupted my savegame (and the savegames of many others...) is a mod coming from Warhorse, thats a bit ironic and since they must know that they fkkd up ("Warning tag added + many bugreports) I was hoping for a fix. But I think there are not enough people affected. To my surprise, they did not fix or remove the mod, so it will affect more players.

Bump for more visibility, as more and more people get affected... Maybe WH stumples upon this post
I WAS ABLE TO FIX THIS BUG.
But im lost 15 hours gameplay
I will write on Russian language. Please, use translator

Unfortunately there is quite an ONLY desperate solution, even more desperate for those who lost hours of game progress between the modded and non-modded save.

So yes, writing this for whoever finds this post: THIS IS CURRENTLY THE ONLY SOLUTION. Just find a save before you installed the "Tourist" mod and play again from there.

If you don't know which save isn't modded, try either:
1. Choose a save you played closest to the 1.2 update or before you installed the mod.
2. If you don't remember when you installed the mod, go to your save files in C:\Users\[YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME]\Saved Games\kingdomcome2\saves\[YOUR PLAYLINE] (default is playline0] --> Then sort by dates from latest to oldest, open the saves with Notepad, find the /USEDMODS/ section in the notepad and see if there is a link to the mod "Tourist" from the workshop, continue for all the saves from top to bottom until you find a save that doesn't have a that link. Finally, launch the game, choose Load Game and scroll down to find the save on that exact date. (you might need to remember the date and time of the save to find it quicker).

For me fortunately I only lost 6 hours, despite I lost a lot during that 6 hours, I was happy to replay them again.

Praying that any of you who try this solution won't lose much progress 🙏.
If you lose too much and don't have the time to replay again, then well, the best thing is to wait until Warhorse take notice and release a patch for the mod or for the entire game. Be patience soldiers. ⚔️
