Is the Voivode cheating in dice?

I've never busted on a 1st role EVER and it happened multiple times against him. And I'm using King's and St Anti's. I hate having to save scum over and over to beat this guy.

Probably, but so should you. First, if you did all the quest stuff his wife should tell you she is going to help you win, which should in turn make his dice rolls less lucky. Second, you should be using at least 5 crooked dice yourself by that point- I favor using 5 painted dice (the blue one's you can buy from the inkeeper in the town where you do the black smith quests). Those tend to roll 5's, and you can buy a new one for your collection every couple of days. Get yourself 5(or 6) of them and you don't lose many games.
