But why would you need do this when the game is designed to give you so many creative ways to easily make money? For example explore the map. If you watch ESO's videos on KCD2, he shows you A TON of secret caches hidden just off the beaten path in the wilderness. And these have a LOT of really valuable loot from high priced weapons/armor to valuable potions, crafting kits etc.
If adventuring isn't your thing there is
1. Making potions FFS. It's the EASIEST skill to level in and make $$$$ in the game. Just pick at ♥♥♥♥ ton of Savior Schapps flowers/herbs. And spend some 20 min real time making nothing but Savior potions. Then sell them all over the place. This is 100% practical use of Henry's --and your--time. As you're going to need to drink one of these every time you want to save the game. Can't be bothered with that? Then even picking the herbs and selling them fresh to the alchemists would net you $$$$. Or drying them (again for FREE) and selling those to alchemists & traders would net you decent gold
2. Go the thief route which is the quickest way to get rich early in the game. With average lock picking stats, you can sneak and unlock a stock with a criminal NPC in it. They immediately run away, drawing the attention of all the NPCs they pass in the town. Leaviing you free to rob the traders stalls in the market in plain daylight. Since doing this draws not only the guards, but ALL the townspeople this criminal NPC happens to run by. They end up chasing him a LONG way out of town.
3. If you've reached the Kuttenberg part of the map, explore the town perimeter and find that cave network entrance. Which is a vast underground network that LEADS TO ALL THE VENDOR STORES IN THE TOWN. Make sure no NPCs are around when you enter this cave entrance. Wait until night, slip into the cave entrance, and rob the town merchant's blind. Then either store them in your chest and wait for the stolen status tag to go away. Or sell them to the Millers in their thieves guild network around the map. Or to other NPC vendors located far from where you stole the items. Win win either way.
4. Learn and use the new blacksmith crafting minigame to quickly make $$$$ the honorable way
5. You could always hunt/fish and dry the food against spoilage. Then sell them to huntsmen, Tavern innkeepers/cooks and various NPCs around the map. But this would take more time in game
It's pretty easy, and there's a guide for it on here.
i am swimming in gold and do nothing special
