Did the 1.2 patch nerf the Saint Antiochus' Die?

This weekend started a new fresh install of the game and playthrou, and when i got to the city to play dice and steal the dice, the innkeepers husband doesn't have it anymore.

and the Weighted Die chest doesn't re-spawn it anymore.

is it just me or did others see it?

All the People in Troskowitz still have all their Dice.
If it doesn't show up your Thievery Skill is too low or you need to loot more Stuff off of them first. But why should anyone want to use the St. Antiochus' Die in the first place?
100% guaranteed win is no fun.

Yes. The "Weighted Die" unfortunately will not respawn anymore as it was too powerful to have more than one of them. (It also listed in the Patchnotes that it's been removed from respawning)

Found the problem, they are still in the dice players stash, thing is they dont come up at the first tries, once it came up at my 4th attempt.
