The king's gambit main quest - time sensitive or not?

Ok, I have finished "Taking French leave". And I didn't get some message from dialogues, that I should this next quest "King's gambit" immediately, but after one day Henry is telling himself, that I should start the operation "get to the city council".

So is this quest time sensitive or not?

Well you can squeeze in some small side quest. I'm not entirely sure how much time you have before the council, i'm sure i skipped a day or two, but after that it can start without you which leads to game over screen.

Well yes there are some. Hans being hanged is one of them but if you are reading about the council i assume you have gone through that one. There is another one about some weird signs on the buildings in Kuttenberg. You can still do that one but its a bit messy if you wait. I don't wanna spoil too many so ill just say the quest giver will usually tell you if you need to hurry.
