If you have Windows 11, according to AMD's own FSR4 game support page, it should work just enabling 3.1 ingame, Optiscaler not required. Win11 only. GG
I am on the latest update of windows 11. FSR 4 works in monster hunter wilds.
AMD's page says:
"AMD FSR 4 can be enabled two different ways from this screen –
Via HYPR-RX one-click preset: This enables AMD FSR 4 in games that support it, along with a host of other features designed to elevate a user’s gaming experience
Via the “FidelityFX Super Resolution 4 AI Upscale” toggle: directly enable FSR 4 manually, allowing you to choose other software features to enable if desired (Radeon™ Anti-Lag is recommended)." From Alt-R
its funny on 25.3.1 at least Fsr 3.1 was working but now with the update from yesterday it crashed the game
