I noticed this too. It really sucks we can't still access our room in Suchdol. I used that and the room underneath Ruthard's castle as my main bases. Closing off these castles makes post game feel much emptier. Hopefully mods fix it.

the main problem is that after main story all characters like Katerina or Musa have simply returned and are sitting in destroyed places (Katerina is sitting alone in the castle, and Musa is sitting alone in the former bandits' chamber)

A little late but katherine & musa in my game are actually staying at the devil’s den, at noons they’re just there roaming around, and katherine sleeps in the den as well, i dont know about where musa actually lives tho (possibly in the den as well) but one thing for sure he’s always there in the afternoon. Maybe before completing the story you have to choose the dialogue to ask him to join the band (after the siege ended).
