None of the characters are at Devils Den?

I beat the game and nobody is at Devils Den but Kubyenka and he's stuck standing still. When I go to Suchdol Hanush is outside just stood still as if he's permanently stuck. Anyone know a fix?

Also, Menhard doesn't give me the option to do the Tournament anymore either.

This one occurs to me too no more tourney dialogue selection after finishing the game.. but the other character's already at devil's den except i can't talk to zizka or katherine.

Many seems to be having issues after beating the game, including me.

There's also a post about it on the official discord. So seems like we will have to wait for a patch unless someone figures out a workaround.

The issues seems to differ from 1 player to another for me i didn't lose radzig/henry sword and my equipment was intact after i got back to devil's den. I used my charisma outfit (3rd slot) just before stealing horse then switched back to my combat outfit (1st slot) before climbing the ladder in last battle.

It's a BUG, after the cutscene with Sigismund I appear in the Devil's Den, but the end screen that shows I've finished the main storyline doesn't appear and all the characters (Catherine, Zizka,..) walk away. Then I found them in Suchdol, just like the stuck Hanus.

Speaking about Henry's sword. I reforged it and ended up with two of them also at tier 4 so idk this last patch messed up end of the game I guess hahahaha thanks for the replies I thought it might've just been me.

Still having issues, I also got a duplicated Henry's Reforged Sword, story NPCs are either stuck in Suchdol, the destroyed Sigismund's Camp, or standing still somewhere in the world. I can still do the tournament but at this point that's all I can really do without starting another new game. which I'm cool with, but if the same thing will happen again then idk. Hope a fix comes soon!
