I have a room there, but when i want to sleep there now, it says i am in a private area. When i talk to the innkeeper, i can only ask, where i find my room... so... i can not sleep there anymore. When i enter the inn, they imedietly say, its private i have to get out.

I was able to sleep there after the last update without issues. It's unclear to me why some people have this bug while others don't.

I have that too. The patch broke it. A lot of already visited places are now not discovered so this is probably an issue from that part.
