BUG : reputation with the nomads

I haven't had any problem so far with the new patch, except that I now have a 0 reputation with the Nomads in act I, every single person in the camp hates me, and even if i go around the camp paying reparations to all of them, it doesn't change anything.

I was in great standings with the nomads before the patch.

Now every single save I load, even from before I met them, the nomads hate me.

Has anyone else encountered this ?

Did you tried paying at the chest in Troskowitz / Rathaus in front of the building? This normally removes every crime you did and restores reputation. In my current playthrough i accidentically killed some guards during thievery training and the whole first area hated me with 0 reputation and constant paying of small fees, paying at the chest restored it to the former ~35-40.

I did try this of course, but I can't pay anything in the indulgence chest, it's greyed out (I'm a good boy) which leads me to believe that this is indeed a pretty severe bug.
