i will say though, that ever since patch 1.2 came out i've noticed theres more ghosting/auras and more pop-up of assets when rounding a corner or looking around quickly. i think DLSS was at its best before patch 1.2 with the nvidia app override (or the swapper), i set the in-game antialiasing to none, put DLSS to quality with 0 sharpening, and it looked so nice, framerate was at refresh cap on High
You're so right, now I think I need glasses, everything's blurry. It's become unplayable for me.
For 1440p, quality mode actually looks on par with native, whereas with the old model you could still tell the image was being upscaled with fuzzy details and a slight loss of clarity upon close inspection, though it wasn't a big deal once a game was in motion when you're actually playing it.
