Report a translation problem
This is the only thing that has helped me so far. Fps is still a bit worse and less stable than before the patch, but at least it's not down by half
I dont know what they did with the patch, but enabling the resizebar fixed the fps issue for me.
Before this workaround, i was running at 45-60 fps and now, 70-100fps as before

i am running at 1400P, DLSS Native AA and everything at experimental except shadow and vegetation at ultra
4k DLSS quality with experimental preset runs like prepatch
I think you can set shadow and vegetationt to ultra and DLSS to native AA, would be way better than quality
The patch must have disabled rebar for some reason, probably oversight. Now I get 60fps stable as before, while after the patch I was dropping to 40s on same settings.
