Vitality display bug after patch

I've finished the game a while ago and I do maxed up all my stats, but after the patch vitality is caped on 27 for some reason(and there's a +3 buff on it), can't level up thou, I think it's some kind of bug there, anyone the same?

I had the same problem, but it wasn't a visual bug. I actually lost 3 levels of vitality and 1 main level. I was able to get back to 30 by walking around while encumbered, and I got an extra 2 vitality perk points and 1 main level perk point, which I couldn't spend on anything since I've already unlocked all of them.

Some how I can't level up, next level exp is somehow caped 1.0k and not moving, I'll just wait for the next patch.

My other stats also decreased.

Not a bug. That's the rebalancing of XP they made. So yeah, it's weird on already level 30 character

Yes, I already realized that when I took a look at the number of xp needed to increase vitality.

Time to see how the updates runs for me.
So far had to restart the game twice, but now probably work.
First time my firewall blocked the file, second time the game got stuck at the title screen where the menu didn't load. now third times the charm in the game
