[SOLVED] Huge FPS drop after patch! From smooth 100+ to 20

I played at 5120x1440 with RTX 5080 with all ultra settings, DLSS4 and the game gave stable and smooth 100+ FPS.
After the patch FPS fluctuates from 20 to 40, making the game unplayable.
WTF, Warhorse? Are you repeating the experience of patches for Kingdom Come 1 again?

UPDATE:

I fixed that by downgrading the game version.

But I'm going to describe the brief solution.
First of all, find your steam folder location. For me its E:\SteamGames\steamapps. Open file appmanifest_1771300.acf with Notepad. Make sure that numbers are same as here:

If they are different, please follow the full guide above yourself. Otherwise something might go wrong.

If they are same do the next thing. Press Win + R on your keyboard. Paste this text:

steam://open/console

Open steam console:

And paste the following text:

This will take a while to download!

And last one:

download_depot 1771300 1771306 8675725373308836083

When downloading of all three depots is finished, open these folders by the path showed in console and copy with file replacement all the contents from these folders instead of the game files (in the directory YOUR_STEAM_FOLDER\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance2)

+1 but with a rtx 4070 super:
before patch pretty much everything on experimental except shadows and object quality , steady 80 to 100+ fps everywhere (countryside especially)...
After the patch fps are fine in kuttemberg but they drop insanely in countryside (30 to 40/50 ) even reducing graphic quality... Whaat????

I had 90fps-80 fps on 7800xt now i got drops to 50-60 fps

yeppppp performance is dookie now. dropping below 60 on a 4090 at 1440p in dense forest places, before patch i never dropped below 72fps

+1. Had average of 60 fps with everything at experimental (except for shadows at ultra and trees at ultra) Now I have to go to everything high settings (2 tiers lower)

Same, went from having 80ish fps on 4k with 4090, to mid 50s. DLSS doesn't help much either

Even lowering the graphics settings from ultra to medium and lower resolutions I can't get the same performance as before the patch. Get stable 60+, but not 100+ like before.
