Italian job, I need some things to be clear up.
Ok, I am little bit confused, is the need of good alcohol effect needed from the start of this quest or only during "the clergy council"?

And There are two objectives: 1) trying to make solution of this "clergy feud"

2)optional try to help Henry

And mainly to not raise suspicion

Can be both done without raising suspicion?

Technical detail - Christian of Písek is not present, yeah I solidly flopped in "must say something quickly" dialogue at the end of Via argentum, and this flop bit me in the ass in Oratores and I guess here in Italian job....

The requirement of alcohol is only when Godwin is present at the Council meeting, as it allows him to speak Italian more fluently, thus reducing suspicion.

You can help Henry by speaking to Janosh at least twice, where he proposes ideas that can help. For Henry specifically, calling the cook (when presented with the option) and then talking to said cook will provide the help Henry needs and does not raise suspicion.

Christian of Písek is bugged. I haven't snitched on him in both of playthroughs, and in both of them, he committed suicide by attacking Jindřich ze Skalice, squire, Bailiff of Prbslavytsa (and other titles)

Ah great game, but bloody hell the bugginess. The worst part is, that I can't really find out, whether this bug happened to me or not without playing tens of hours of content again...

I never snitched on him either, yet he said I did and had a suicide by Henry
Regarding Christian, it's not bugged.

The second time you confront Vavak in the Ruthard palace and present him with the evidence, you'll get two options. One will mention his stealing the King's silver, the other that he is minting his own coin. Should you choose to accuse him of minting, people connect the dots to Christian who is, after all, pretty shady himself as well being steward of the royal mint in the Italian Court.

Ok, I'll try not to forget it till winter and check that option in my third and the last playthrough)

Well, I guess, I have only one option left on, how to not raise suspicion during "clergy meeting" and that is talk just required minimum and side with monks from Sedlec, right?

Nobody has answered yet, but I have realised, that there is another "help Henry" option from dialogue with Munsa, which is "ask Naz for having more guards in council room" - does it raise suspicion?
I will give only this piece of advice: drink moderately but steadily and be vaguely nice to everyone. :)

Janosh gives you 3 ideas on how to help Henry but you have to talk to him several times for that.
Asking for wine.
Asking for the cook, but you need to eat that meat on the table from the left side of the room (it has a special name), if you don't do that for the Lent achievement you'll have to pass a skill check.
Asking for more guards, Godwin can get this idea himself by speaking to the group of 3 men and asking them if there are enough guards around, then you can ask Naaz for more guards and Janosh even comment on it that Godwin had a good idea.
None of that will cause any suspicion.

You will always have to stay in the positive alcohol phase when you talk to someone, otherwise the dialogue will change and it will cause suspicion.

Don't think about Christian Pisek, he will only help if you do something really wrong, you can easily manage it without him.

The out of place character send by Sigismund gives you the 'right' answer that leads to both sides working together and everyone will be happy if you say nothing wrong.
You have the option to give a statue of St. Babara which is a mistake if you tell them before that you've bought it on the street, use the option to calm them down instead.

The less you talk the less you can do wrong and don't choose a side right away and you'll be fine.

A side note: You don't have to buy any art or statue from the merchants on the street, just buy some food and they will be happy enough.
And one thing I don't know is how to handle the conversation with the guard that comes from Italy, because I had no trouble to speek to him on my first playthrough and raised no suspicion, but on my second playthrough none of the 3 options was the right one even when Godwin has fixed skill level and should pass the skill check with him.
It may be that I wasn't drunk enough anymore or something has changed, who knows?

Basically it's like everytime you loose reputation at this part of the quest, you caused suspicion, so as long as you don't loose your reputation you're doing a good job.

If you didn't guess, Musa solution is obviously the most moderate and equal one.

I actually was able to find out, what is needed to successfully handle the conversation with Italian guard. When I was drunk, but the circle of positive alcohol effect was only two thirds full - I got 25 scholar stat, which was not enough. So I tried to get the circle of positive alcohol effect almost full (and timed it right). I successed, almost full circle of positive alcohol effect ----) scholarship boosted into 27 level and I was able to successed the conversation. You must get almost full circle of positive alcoholic effect. Is's actually not easy to time it right...

I already thought so that it has to be something with the alcohol effect, because it's the only thing that can raise any skill level but I was already to low on my second playthrough.
I just wasn't sure anymore because I failed to reach the exact alcohol level, but I'll try next time.

Just technical detail, it doesn't have to be full, just almost is enough
