Can my PC run this game given my specs?

I have a Lenovo legion 5 pro laptop 6ACH6H. Would it be able to handle KCD2 at 1440p at optimal settings or in performance mode? Literally would love this game on PC including the mod capability.

With Mid/Low Settings for sure maybe on High with DLSS. Buy and test you can refund within 2 Hrs playtime no risk at all.

I think you'd be OK on High with very occasional stuttering. Unfortunately, the stutters tend to occur later in the game where you end up piling 50 bodies on the ground, that sort of thing.

That’s interesting. I’m thinking with bodies piling down during battles and major fights it must be taxing on the system? Is that because the game is more dependent on the CPU?

In this game everything matters: the SSD, the GPU, the CPU, RAM speed and size and as far as I can figure out the motherboard too.

It is well optimised for most (though since everyone has different setups, there are always complaints), but if you're looking for 2K Ultra performance, then your setup needs to be at least as good as the recommended specs, which it isn't.

PS: FWIW I have a 13700F, 3060Ti, 32GB fast RAM, a good SSD. I play at 1080 and High, not because it couldn't handle Ultra, but because my eyes can't really make out the difference (I'm pushing 60) and even actually prefer the High to the Ultra. FWIW, anyway.

Well, for me I have a set up that is primarily my laptop connected to a 27 inch monitor. I am okay with playing the game at 1440p at optimal settings. Ideally like high settings but of course I could tweak the settings to hit good frame rates.

I checked out the “Can I Run it” website and I met all of the minimum requirements but my CPU was the only one that did not pass the recommended requirement. I bought more ram just because of this game :) I hear such great things about since I enjoyed KCD1 so much

I would love to play the game in ultra but it’s not a major thing for me since I don’t have a desktop set up that is capable of running the game in its full beauty.

Yeeesh. 5800H and a laptop 3070 (which is NOT a desktop 3070) - it's not looking good for 1440. 1080 medium/low, probably

I’m surprised. Just fired up KCD2 for 9 minutes and the game runs flawlessly hitting 80fps in 1440p. The cutscenes annoyingly are capped at 36 fps. Maybe there’s a mod to unlock that but it doesn’t seem to bother me.
