Bascinet with Breteche - little bit too powerfull than it should be or not?
Ok, this is rather fun question, but I find really weird, that this helmet in gold quality is practically the second strongest helmet (together with Cuman helmet with mask) in the game after the noble's bascinet, because of how much of the face is exposed, and there is even no vision restriction.

I think the Italian bascinet and Houndskull bascinet should be more powerfull than Bascinet with Breteche. And I think the Saxon Bascinet should be in protection against stab attacks stronger and in slash and blunt attacks weaker than Bascinet with Breteche...

I don't know, what do you think?

Yes, quite obvious DB error)

Also more ugly than it should be. It lacks the same face cover protection of a bascinet with a visor and lacks the visibility of Henry's face in cut scenes so subsequently the visor can't be raised or lowered to show Henry's face for cut scenes. As soon as I get that hideous POS, I sell it and opt for a weaker helmet.

I add another question, which if we count out this bascinet with Breteche, which helmet is the best protection and vision wise together in your opinion?

In my opinion it is the Italian bascinet, sure some helmets are slightly stronger, but this helmet has best vission out of "vision restricting helmets"?

I've personally not made that particular observation. All I can say is that Italian Bascinet is my favourite helmet because it's strong and looks cool, so once I graduate to that helmet, I don't use any other.

Technical detail, by best vision I mean the least restrictive...
I use Noble's bacinet, because it was modeled after Zoul's helmet from KCD1 - the helmet Jindro actually left the Sassau region in my walkthrough.

I hope in the blacksmith DLC they at least add the Armorers the ability to upgrade the gear. I would like to take old gear and see how well it ends up at tier 3. I find it hard to believe you get to Kuttenburg where even in KCD1 they mention Martin wouldn't have had a hard time finding work wouldn't have a master armorer.

Yeah I got that. I was just explaining my superficiality and my reason for preferring prettier-looking helmets.

I understand, honestly from aesthetic point I like the Italian bascinet most too

I'm so superficial, I prefer the darker variant of the Italian Bascinet combined with the matching darker variants of other items as well. I just want Henry to look really slick and cool during cut scenes.
