Konrad the Kite went missing.

To add more context: this guy is one of the possible contenders during the Kuttenberg tournament (he also the talk of the town, a possible hotshot of the tournament), but i realized after many many tournaments that i never met him. I didn't even realize he was part of the tournament until Friedush called his name in one of the NPCs round.

It was in that moment that one issue i had with the tournament finally found an explaination: you can technicallly skip time during the NPCs rounds, the clock stops after 1 hour and you then you can proceed with your turn. Sometimes happened that if i skipped time, the clock would never stop no matter what, and i could potentially jump even more than 3 hours without proceeding with the tournament. The key to the issue is: Konrad the kite never shows up when Friedush calls his name, so you had to witness the forfeit before being able to proceed with the tournament.

Now for the topic of this discussion: where the heck Konrad the kite went? As i said: i never met him beforehand, and i only kill people who wronged me in some way (es: the fella Vujtek and his shenanigans at the semine wedding, i tracked him down and hammered his head in the field were he was working), but pay attention: i do remember everyone i kill (atleast, the ones who really grinded my gears) and i take document of their deaths.

Well there's a quest back in the Trotsky region and I guess, depending how you played it, he's still available or not

It's rather lengthy really but if you - at the end - help him, should be fine
Then of course there's the Van Bergow discussion where you can report him, no clue how that impacts it.

give more details. i know there are multiple characters in the story who makes a comeback in kuttenberg but: i also know there are various konrads in this game, you may easily confuse my one for another konrad from another quest.

Now, if you play it "properly" you'll face-off against those crusaders if you help him.

However, when you tell Van Bergoff about the incident he'll say that he'll send men for him to answer for it.

1) Reload save
2) Reload game
3) Reload PC
4) Run the game without mods

Now that is what i was talking about: that is a different Konrad. The one i am searching is Konrad "the kite".

a little bit too late for that considering that i completed the game twice (on the same savefile). And also: im not a mods guy so......

And how should it matter for bug occuring? Script bugs run for random reasons - if we knew them, community patches could fix them easily.

That is simple: one savefile. Once i finished the events of the main story i quickly realized how empty and desolate the world looked like without suchdol ,the sigismund camp, the ruthard castle and the lack of your buddies (that and how i couldn't play anymore tournaments at kuttenberg), so i erased everything prior the tunnels inspection and the legate meeting and treated it as a glorified NG+.
