I know, that I could just kill him, because it doesn't change the main story path, but I wanted to roleplay my intention to recruit him to know why he don't join, and now he is classified as teacher. On the other hand I am pissed of his try to take "my taxe" from me.

Yes you can. I paid for all of his training and then I killed him and took my money back.
