In KCD1 hardcore it was completely removed - forces you to keep an eye on your arms/sword if you wanna aim at certain directions or perform combos

Well, combat system in KCD 2 is much easier. So i hope skirmishes will not be a real challenge. Especially with halberd.

I train myself for hardcore mode by disabling the cross hair entirely. Wh_ui_showcursor 0

Has got nothing to do with the opponent though, it shows your own direction of attack.

What'll be more brutal though this time around is the lack of fast travel, so I'll honestly just rush through the game to 100% it.

Only thing missing right now in my Achievements are the hardcore mode ones, which didn't come out yet, the gunslinger one and then of course shooting a rabbit which will be an hour of loads or just pure luck :D

Can't you just use scatter shot?
