Can I buy collectors edition on steam

Thats my question if i can purchase it on steam because i have 50 bucks on my steam wallet and i cant take it out

As far as I have found the collectors editions are only for Playstation and XBox. If anyone knows if the collectors edition will be available on PC I would be greatful to know

The Collectors edition will also be on PC, but won't be available via Steam (collectors / physical editions never are). According to this site you will have to look at local retailers for it:

you do get a dlc and a expansion pass does get you future stuff

yea although for collectors im not sure what to do, my pc doesnt have a hard disc

I look at my Gothic and Risen and Elex CDs and DVDs and I'm happy to see them on my shelf, but my PC doesn't have any disk reader anymore, so...
Still have most of my games on an external HDD with some "black flag software" just in case

First western pre-order/collectors edition I'll go for in almost a decade. If it's only available from Game Stop or Best Buy that will be the first time I stopped at those places in a decade too.

same here the only game ive bought a collecters edition both because its cool and warhorse studios is one of the few studios left that truly care for their craft

I think you meant dvd drive? Most likely the PC Collectors Edition will come with a CD-key that you need to enter into steam anyway, so you can just download the game of steam if you have the Collectors Edition. Games have become so big that it's totally impractical to release them on DVD's, it would require like 20 dvds.
