If anyone can find the time between arguing over nonsense....

If you side with Semine and torch the estate after... where do he and his family all go? do they simply disappear or can I find them somewhere?

And same with the Suchdol castle inhabitiants after the main story. Despite it all being largely in tact you can't go inside the fort anymore afterward, and no one who was there seems to be anywhere to be found except for Hans, Zizska and friends. Are any of these people still present anywhere afterward?

You can come across Young Olda where he gives you his wedding sword as a thank you for saving him. It’s a chance encounter and easy to miss since he looks like any commoner. He DOES NOT POP UP VIA FAST TRAVEL from what I have experienced. But he does pop up as soon as you fast travel to an INN near the Kuttenburg main road below is a link to a Reddit post with others interested in the same topic with one having a sceenshot of olda!

Cheers to this! I just accomplished this, I was fast traveling between Sedletz Monastery to Kuttenberg, and near the vineyard/winery my fast travel was interrupted when I meet Olda, and he gives me his sword as a reward. Completely random, no idea this was in the game, cool surprise. Sword is kind of (meh) but its a nice collector item, nevertheless.

That's cool, actually. What about the lord of suchdol? he and everyone else at the fortress seems to disappear after the final cutscene in which he appears.
