Can you pull your hood up?
To look stealthy. I've seen NPCs with their hoods up. We players should be able to do the same when not wearing a helmet.

I also want this option, like pressing and holding the up arrow to close the visor. press and hold the up arrow to pull the hood up.

Sadly not. Hoping for a mod or for it to be added by devs. Would make sense to have it use the same key as the visor up/down function.
