Not every game needs to play the exact same for it to be gold in its own right.
Skill issue? because i think a games combat system is rubbish? i literally said its easy, and it is easy, tediously so, which is probably why you think you are a champ at it lol.

yeah not gonna lie - the original was a masterpiece, but not because it was a gold standard in anything particularly, except the overall package.
The sequel seems far from being anything yet.
There is only one game I can think of that is better than KCD and that might be Subnautica. Days Gone is also up there, but probably i would edge KCD over it very slightly.
KCD 2 from what I could see in my 116 minutes before I refunded is just a camp parody of KCD1. I binned it damn quick because I didn't like at all how it was shaping up. From what I heard from people that stuck with it, it takes all the elements that made KCD1 great and then makes them ever so slightly worse, along with annoying over used dialogue choices.
