First game since Witcher 3, that I enjoyed this much. Skyrim is ancient sure it was fun for 60 hours, to complete everything, but it was mid on everything, just like starfield, (though it's my favorite genre and both are good games) This game is in my top 5 and I didn't even progreess to teh wedding yet.

Are we just going to ignore that 95% of all quests in all RPGs are just walking around and fetching items? It's literally just what you do in RPGs, you walk around fetching items and uncovering the storyline, until you reach the end. If you don't like this recipe, maybe you're better suited to a different genre of games.

KCD1 and 2 are good but it just reminds me how superior Witcher 3 is in every way. Blood and Wine expansion alone was better and had more content and exploration than the whole of KCD and exploration felt way more rewarding than this. Also Gwent is 1000x better than Dice.
They're not even remotely similar games.

anyone know if this game will have as extensive mod support as skyrim? i never played kcd1 so im not sure what the mod scene for it was like. If this game is open; and mods are easy to do then this game will be insane in like a year or two once the indie devs start going

Modkit should be out later this year. I'm not sure if the scene will be as big as Skyrims but it's looking like it will be pretty popular

totally agree.
It actually feels like the Oblivion successor that I wanted Skyrim to be. Obviously minus the fantasy.

It really does. Objectively, a lot of people thought it was good.
