Where do I find more stables to buy horses?

The first thing I did when I started the game was go to Semine and get Pebbles for free, but a little later I actually bought a horse from there. Semine still has the same selection of horses and I have the best one, so I was wondering what other towns have stables that I can visit and browse horses? I tried google but all that comes up is how to get to Semine and get a horse immediately. lol

I dont know if there is another Horse Vendor on the first Map, but you can Steal and "retrain" Horses at the Nomad Camp. This way you can get any of the Horses you can Steal for your own.

On the second map around Kuttenberg there are several Horse Vendors. But most Horses are crap anyway...
