Does "The LIONs CREST" disappear or stay?

I think I found all the armor and items of this Brunswick but I still have the quest in my "Tasks".
Is that normal?

I just finished getting the last item an hour ago. Its part of the pre-order. If you are playing a pre-ordered copy the Lion's Crest quest should be there till you find them all.

No, after I got the last item, the quest has cleared.

P.S. I don't use those items anyway, as they defeat the game progression. Feels like a cheat.

I waited until I already had decent armor. Some of the Brunswick pieces upped my stats a bit but others would lower them of I put them on. What I'm curious about is if there is any complete set bonus for wearing all the pieces.

I also found them all and still have the quest in my tasks. I figured it's because I didn't do it in the right order.

Did you do it according to the clues received at each or from an online guide?

Used a guide in order. Map 1, Map 2 and so on. Never put it on, crafted and used the poleaxe.

I can put it on tonight and see if there is a set bonus. But Huntsman's set did not have a set bonus, so don't think this one has it either.

Found the Helmet by accident while i was searching bandit camps around the starter area and the quest won't complete because of that.
I have all the parts and i still have to search for the Helmet in the journal, others have also said that they found different parts without the quest map beforehand and it also fails to complete for them.

Seems to be bug with their quest trigger.

Edit:

As a word of advice, stay away from the armor in the first 30 hours of the game. Yea it has some of the best charisma modifiers in the game, but also the 2nd best armor rating on most of it's parts compared to the rest you could obtain throughout the game and it will make all encounters absolutely trivial in the first half of the game.

I stumbled over the first and hardest part (the riddle which in hind sight requires knowledge not only of the region but Trosky Castle) by chance and did the quest in the "right" order which removed the quest entry at the end.

All gear items:
- Brunswick's bascinet
- Brunswick's chainmail coif
- Brunswick's brigandine
- Brunswick's gauntlets
- Brunswick's platesleeves
- Brunswick's plate leg armour
- Brunswick's dagger
- Sketch - Brunswick's poleaxe
- Brunswicks's caparison (horse)

If you got all that, you should be fine and it's but a bug that the quest is still shown. There is no reward beyond getting the items and even the scribe won't mention anything when you show up in the full gear as far as I recall.
