Also, the wedding fights are hard, but I don't think it's bugged. They will kill you in 2-3 hits, but I think that might be intended; it's not very hard to never get hit in a fight.
What is so weird in these situations is I have 75 hours in the game, and not had any of these bugs. Fight with Tomcat worked, wedding was perfect (both times; reloaded to so other stuff first).
I can only assume it all depends on what you do when. And those issues are super difficult to debug and actually fix
So because it didn't happen to you it can't possibly be happening to other people. Come on man, you know you're being unrealistic.
On a separate issue, is level 2 combat training with Tomcat suppose to be done later in the game? Cause I’m lvl 12 and he is flat kicking my butt. Even in my armor, he’s parrying my attacks and finishing me in 3-4 hits. What level did people do this? Maybe I just suck that bad lol.
Maybe it's because I'm not walking left like you did. I'll try that. When there are barely any combat encounters to begin with in the game, like with me I've only had 2 combat encounters in total by 20 hours in and didn't play the first game, it's borderline impossible to improve, especially when the game doesn't tell you anything.
But come on, I've been at this for hours and it's never once worked. That's not jank, that's down right ♥♥♥♥♥♥ game design.
Could not disagree more.
Playing the "quest" version of the attack, Tomcat blocks perfectly and you cannot progress without cheesing it by spamming continuously until you get a hit in. Re-loaded multiple times to confirm.
"Practising" the *exact* same attack on Tomcat, it works perfectly. Zero issue.
This encounter is definitely bugged. Maybe not for *all* but certainly bugged.
