Storm quest is bugged

The stealth part of the Storm quest is bugged in my game I think. I keep reloading saves.
The part where you have to get to Mika. The one dude guarding him isnt a problem, but all the others are RUNNING around everywhere. I reloaded several saves and they're still doing it. I saw other people's vids and they're not, they just stand there nilly dilly.
Getting to Mika is hard enough, but just the time it takes to untie him is enough to get me killed.
There are way too many of them for a conventional fight, and I feel like they respawn or more are brought from the surroundings.
And yes before you ask i do have stealth clothing on.

I need serious help with completing this quest.

Been at it for hours now.

I'm now willing to try any command or cheat just to get to the end.

Any help or "cheat code" appreciated.

What can I console Command in that's usefull. I have no stealth kit and my level is low because of the torture? I have tried to sneak for hours, and running and get to near the end but I hit a force field which slows me down

Im being chased and the cut scene doesnt happen, I just keep getting chased

What you do is leave the cave and first rock on left, hide behind as they walk past. After they leave, go down to the road and cross it onto the side of the hill. Now go right and follow by road and stay low. Follow road until it forces you to get close to the road. Wait for the perfect time and recross the road and go up the hill. Just over the hill should be Mika if you do it right. Now take your pistol and one shot the guard. Untie Mika and move on.

Im stuck after rescuing Mika, just cannot get further towards the end, keep getting spotted and chased, i'm after any help with a cheat code or anything, its just too hard to get past that many guards!

Yep Wemod worked, Im just getting through this quest then turning it off

Alright so after reloading a save that was before the cinematic where you get out of the cave, it actually works. The guards stand guard and patrol normaly instead of running around like maniacs. it was ez pez that way. Just took way too many reloads

This is CRAZY! They follow me wherever I go, no matter how sneaky I am. They make no noise and if you run, there are dozens sprinting after you and you literally can't lose them. They run around any obstacle and one guy literally hit me through a rock wall. Nuts!
