How to view Tutorial Messages and Tips again?

I'm new. There have been a lot of tutorial messages that pop up on the screen while I'm heavily distracted by something. As a result, I often miss the message.

I've been trying to browse around the game menu, like in Journal and Codex and such, to find all the messages I've missed. I don't see a menu tab for these tips anywhere.

I feel like I just don't know what some of the buttons or mechanics are because I wasn't able to read in time. Or, for example, I feel like I'm not chaining attacks correctly and it would be super helpful to be able to re-read the explanation.

Can anyone help me?

That gets you to the tutorials, which it sounds like he's asking about but I think he's also looking for a way to find the tips that briefly pop up in the top left hand corner. I didn't think you can find those anywhere. At least, I haven't been able to. Maybe you or someone else knows where to find them.

I can't find them either. I can find the ones under the help menu, but those aren't the ones I need. Those give you all the time you need to read them. But the ones that briefly appear in the top left area of the screen, usually while someone is talking, is what I need and I don't think there is a way to see them again without loading a save from before and triggering it again.

There are at least a few viable solutions to this. They could simply make it something you have to dismiss before it will go away. That way you can listen to what's being said without worrying about the tip disappearing. Better yet, they could just make them accessible to read again. I'm surprised this isn't already implemented.
