Perfect block / Counterattack bug?

Hello everyone, I need your help please. When I try to make a perfect block to counterattack, sometimes I don't see the little blue shield that tells me that I can make a perfect block to make the counterattack later, is this normal? is it a bug? has it happened to you? thank you so much
