Do bandits respawn and are the

They respawn (Camps) specially the ones who attacked you right at the start, they take over your Camp and respawn daylie to be farmed for groschen and gear. Even some armored guys spawn there.

Same goes for Bandit-Camps all over the Map, but they might take a while longer to respawn.

Random Encounter on the road do not "respawn" as they are random, but you can encounter Bandits several times. I had two armored bandits robbing a townswomen two times in 20minutes... on different spots.
