Can't make a deal with enemies

When an enemy surrenders when i choose the option to make a deal with them the screen briefly cuts to black but it takes me back without going to the deal menu, so i can't make any deal with any surrended enemy. I can still let them go i tell them to fight to the death tho.

you just press E to talk to them it does that sometimes, sometimes it puts u into the talking screen automatically when u make a deal sometimes it doesnt. just press e to talk to em.

Your missing the context menu.. for controller its LB.. it will show in the lower right corner of your screen. Think its left ALT for KB?

It is left alt. But dont forget that they will attack you during it so made some space between you and them.

LOL I didnt even realize there was an option. Every enemy that surrendered fell to my sword immediately.
