A warning about KCD2 family share and pre-order bonus
You can't carry over progress from playing a copy of KCD2 with pre-order bonus stuff via family share. It won't load the save files citing that you don't have the pre-order bonus DLC. (It doesn't seem to matter that I didn't do that quest-line.)

Steam won't refund your freshly purchased copy of KDC2 because it will count your time played in family share as time played on the freshly purchased copy. Despite the fact that it's impossible without a Tardis or Delorian equipped with a flux capacitor.

for people who wanna try it out with family share first can howver turn the DLCs off in the game properties in the library.
then their game and save wont have the DLC activated and it should work perfectly when they buy it themselves.

That's a good tip. I wish I had known/thought of that.
The devs really need to do something to fix this or make it very clear - luckily only lost like 6 hours of progress myself, but still. Played it in the family library then my friend who owned it bought a copy for my birthday and I guess I'm starting the game over because of this very stupid oversight. I'll be fine in the long run, but it's annoying
