For Victory bugged need help please (SPOILERS)

So I'm at the part where you need to meet hans in the evening but everytime I go to him he tells me to wait and pick him up that evening. I've tried every hour and no new options show up. I even finished the demons of trosky mission to see if that somehow was bugging my game but it didn't fix it. Does anyone know how to progress?

I tried several days between 10pm-3am as well as spent a whole in game day going hour by hour to see if it was super specific went 12am to 12 am trying each hour and still didn't get a different option.

I've even tried fast traveling away and back and waiting as well as quitting and reloading and can't find anything about this issue

update: saw him between 18-20 and it worked.

Updating in case anyone else has this problem i ended up having to reload the save and it worked only thing I lost was my completion of demons of trosky which I didn't really care to finish anyways. So if anyone else gets soft locked you should be able to reload the quicksave before you talk to von bergow and itll work.

there is a bug if you do the quest about making sure the cumans don't come back to trosky. If you kill the cumans early it will bug the game for that mission. Yea i learnt the hard way had to reload over 10 hours .
