Devil's Den Issue(s)
1. The room, and sometimes the door to the outside balcony where you can gain access to the room, is often locked. I can pick the lock, but obviously that might come with other issues. However, as confirmation that I do, in fact, and should in fact, have access to that room, my bed indicator is there, after drinking with "the boys" I awake in that room on the bed there the next morning, & I can access my storage box in that room.
2. The person you're supposed to turn the quest into, regarding talking to the old woman, then finding the bandits camp (I forget the quest name), will not let me advise him of the fact that i've spoken to the woman, and found the bandits' camp, and there was only one survivor. Unless i'm confusing quests to find a bandits' camp, (not entirely impossible, i'm certain), then he simply won't let me tell him about it, when choosing "About the bandit camp.." or something along those lines. I'll double check my facts, and come back with a confirmation or correction on this believed issue, later when I play again. I completely forgot the quest name by the time I got on here to type this thread post. lol.
Just wanted to make note of this, in case others have experienced the same. I'm expecting many of these issues, including the issue and updates mentioned in my thread "Crime/Punishment," to be addressed at some point via a patch, but if not mentioned, if not known about, and if not shared, i'd venture there is less of a chance of something being "fixed."
Again, though, as i'll keep saying...KCD2 is a great game so far. Quite into it, as I was with KCD1. Can hardly "put it down" as the saying goes.
Carry on...

The locked door to the balcony also happened to me, but at least it's very easy to open.

Balcony, and actual door into room. This happens repeatedly every time I go back, in evening. Definitely a small issue.

That one too?
I only encountered it once, not by the actual room, but the access to the balcony itself.

The door becomes locked if you leave it open, I believe. The room has two beds so it's also possible someone else is using it too, and locks the door if they find it open.

Ya, both, numerous times, for me. Not sure why, or what triggers it.

for me its locked door which is small issue, but after endgame NPC like Katherine, Zizka are there, they show that they got quest on map, but no option to talk to them... its weird

Ya, there are definitely some minor/medium bugs like this, and the crime and punishment (I posted about this as well in another post). The "soft-lock" targeting to me is a blight on the game, the biggest issue, right above the crime/punishment issues. However, overall, I still rate this game highly. It has a lot of positives, immersion, potential for much more (persistent blacksmith, miller, wood cutter, etc. style jobs paid by the piece delivered or per hour would be a good addition), & dlc such as possibly a plot of land to build a small home on, etc. I call out what I see as "issues," but cannot in any way deny the enjoyment of the game, & am satisfied that they will patch the bugs out over a reasonable time. The graphics seem well optimized, and the story is interesting (to me), though the options sometimes seem illogical (to me). Also, the "thanks for helping me" followed by an immediate illogical "GET OUT OF HERE I'LL CALL THE GUARD OR KILL YOU" interactions have been both comical, but sometimes annoying, and cause some game progression issues, i've found. Inability to go to a paid-for sleep spot in one town, without being "trespassed" by the guards for no known reason, is another annoyance, hopefully patched out at some point soon.
I also have a "new quest" indicator at one of the taverns in Kuttenburg, but I can't access the npo, no option to talk to him. It's the tavern out toward the edge of town, where you fight for a quest also, and he sits inside a lot, in darker clothing, but won't let me interact with him. Maybe it will open up at some point, not sure.
My opinions...

In my case the blacksmithing is not working properly.
When you pull out the iron piece from the forge and put it on the anvil, it just sinks below the anvil surface and you can not see where you hit/what colour it is.
This has only happened in devil's den so far.

I've had that issue with the sword-shaped metal. I remember cursing about it.. I've not experienced that with other items on the anvil. IT does make it difficult to hit the correct spots, for sure. I just do my best, since i'm not trying to make the "God" sword of all swords, yet. But at some point, if/when i'm trying to make a truly "high quality" sword, or re-forging a sword that is of high quality, such as Kobyla's Sword, I could see it being a bigger issue. By then though, i'll expect they have patched it (fingers crossed).
