Feast for the poor bug
Stole the 50 sausages and distributed most of them, then i went back to put the cabbage in the chest and delivered rest of the sausages. Now the quest giver does not count the delivery complete and i have no more quest items to give out.

Essentially i did things in a weird order and now it seems like i can't complete the quest.

Your probably stuck, and need to go to a prior save. If done properly you can only hand out 25 sausages (5ea to 5 beggars) before you can't give out any more. Then you turn in

I was able to hand them all out. The sausages are quite worthless anyway. I don't really want to load a save that far back since i have put in hours of gameplay since then. I just hope the devs fix this so that people can complete it. There might also be a console command to complete a mission.
