You should probably go back and play the game then.
But I have to say it is nice we've moved away from imagining anyone is underage.
I block people who are unable to respond in a polite and mature manner. In this case someone is is trying to say that a game portrays underage gay sex using 2024 US law as a reference point. BTW the underlying narrative here is an attempt to link the LGBT community to paedophilia.
Underage to do what? And by what set of laws?
I think it's to get around legal issues. In some countries it's illegal to allow kids to be killed (by the player) in games. So it's either make them immortal not not include them. Personally I'd have p[referred immortal.
Downloading the mod for RDR2 and shooting that little bastard that robs you and runs away(along with his gang) is incredibly satisfying.
Nope. Never thought about it this way.
But it is a bit immersion breaking now you mention it
No they wouldn't have to do that, just make the kids killable then punish you for doing so.
There is no rule (except a few countries outside the US) that prohibits killing kids in a videogame.
I've played many games where children could be killed like fallout 1 and 2, deus ex, harvester, etc.
In fallout 2 if you kill a child you get the child killer perk which makes your playthrough near impossible to complete.
Not sure why people think this is illegal to do in the US, any developer could do it.
