fix the ♥♥♥♥ combat system!

The only bug so far (50hrs) I got is NPCs getting stuck on trees and some NPCs being chased off their "area" by wolves and then they just stand doing random animations (daily routine AI deactivates).

It results in increased save loading times.

Many people fail to figure out or understand the complexities of patching a game of this size and scale. While there are some bugs, the game was released in an excellent state—far better than many recent AAA titles or games from the past few years. A rushed patch might resolve a few issues but could break other features working flawlessly. I always prefer giving developers no time pressures to guarantee the patch turns out great and successful.

I don't know about that claim, lol. BG3 released, for me at least, with no noticeable game ending bugs, or bugs that made me reload, or abandon a mission. This game, all the above. The demon quest, unable to open the doors to get into the final room, but just before I accepted the quest, I could. Trespassing where I shouldn't be trespassing in an open shop? In the middle of a conversation or fight and suddenly teleport away 500 yards. Performance issues requiring me to quit and reload every few hours. I could keep on going. But suffice it to say, it is not in an "excellent" state, especially when comparing it to another large game.

That's in the later portions of the game, after the wedding, right?

Yes, but I had no problems with this quest.

100% yes they will but it takes time since it is big and complex game and they have to make sure to not break more than they fix when releasing a patch so have some patience.
So far only bug I'm having is when I learn the knights sword blueprint it doesn't give me the recipe just consumes it
I luckily haven't had any broken quests or major bugs, biggest issues I've had is the game not letting me attack as if there's an important NPC within swing distance, or my attacks not connecting, aside from that the only bug I saw was a wolf essentially going into t-pose (wolves dont have t-pose, but their equivalent which is just like a default post) while I was butchering it, and some graphical issues every once in a while.

They'll never patch the game, ever. It's 100% done.

[/sarcasm]

Of course, they'll have fixes, but WH developers have a lot of responsibilities that the average modders don't bother to consider.
